Account and course access


  1. I already have an account on the Training Portal (https://train.go2hr.ca) and I would like to purchase a course. Do I need to create a new account on the Checkout Page (https://checkout.go2hr.ca)? 

    Yes, you will need to create a new account on the Checkout Page to make a purchase. To avoid creating a duplicate account on the Training Portal, use the same email address as your Training Portal account and the accounts will be linked automatically.

  2. I would like to access the course directly through the Training Portal, but my username and password are not working. What do I do?

    To access your course through the Training Portal directly, you will need to create a password on the Training Portal. To do this, navigate to https://train.go2hr.ca and use the forgotten username or password link on the login page to receive a password reset email and follow the instructions. Please check your spam/junk folders for this email if it does not appear in your inbox.

    For ease of use, you can use the same password as your Checkout Page account. Once your password is set up you will be able to access your course by logging on to the Training Portal.

  3. My session has timed out. How do I get back into my course?

    If you have logged out of your account or your session has timed out, you can navigate back to the Checkout Page, log in to your account and click the launch button next to the course. This will automatically redirect you to your course and you can start where you left off.


Purchases for multiple users


  1. I want to purchase courses for an organization/group. What are the next steps?

    Contact superhost@go2hr.ca to let us know that you will be purchasing multiple courses for an organization or group. Our support team will supply you with a Group Name. You will need this to register your group in a course. Once you have your group name, you can purchase the courses and register users.

  2. How do I register my class?

    To register users, navigate to My Learning and select Manage Courses from the side menu on the left. You will see a list of your purchases on the page.

    Select the Manage Users link that appears to the right of the course you wish to assign.

    Next, download the Sample CSV file and fill out all fields for each user, then save the file to your computer. Please make sure to specify your Group Name and Organization. Click the Select File button to upload the saved CSV and click Submit.

  3. I am purchasing for an organization/group and I do not know my group name. How do I proceed?

    If you are purchasing for an organization or group and do not know your Group Name please contact support at superhost@go2hr.ca.

  4. I have purchased a course for someone else and entered the wrong name/email. What do I do?

    Navigate to My Learning and select Manage Courses from the side menu on the left. You will see a list of your purchases on the page.

    Select the Manage Users link that appears to the right of the course you wish to make corrections to. A list of registered users will appear at the bottom. Click the Edit link that appears to the right of the user’s name and email. Edit the desired fields and click Save Changes.

    Please note that when a user’s email address is changed, the account with the incorrect address is automatically unenrolled from the course, and replaced by a new account with the correct information. This means that the user will need to confirm their account from the new email address.

  5. I have assigned a course to a user by mistake. Can I delete this user from the list?

    If you have assigned a course to someone by mistake and would like to remove the user, please contact support directly at superhost@go2hr.ca.

  6. I have leftover seats from a previous purchase and would like to add them to my most recent purchase. What do I do?

    To merge seats from multiple purchases, please contact support directly at superhost@go2hr.ca.
